What These Technologies Are

Analytics Technologies

Analytics technologies are activated only after the user has consented to analytics cookies.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is used to understand website usage, including visitor counts, sessions, approximate location, and browser or device information.

  • _ga_<container-id> — maintains session state; default duration up to 2 years.

Google may process analytics data on its own systems in accordance with its applicable privacy and data-transfer arrangements.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity is used to understand interaction with the website through aggregated analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings.

Clarity may use cookies including _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, and SM. Some are first-party cookies and some are third-party cookies controlled by Microsoft.

Microsoft states that standard Clarity recordings are retained for 30 days, while a limited selection of recordings may be retained for up to 9 months. Cookie lifetimes may vary depending on the individual Microsoft cookie and provider settings.

Online Chat

Crisp is used to provide online chat and visitor communication. Crisp is loaded only after the user has consented to the online-chat category.

Crisp uses cookies and similar browser storage with the crisp-client/* prefix to restore visitor message history and avoid creating a new conversation on every page view. Crisp states that these cookies expire after 6 months by default, with the expiration renewed when a visitor with an existing cookie returns to a page where the chatbox is loaded.

Third-Party Providers

The optional technologies described above may involve the following third-party providers:

  • Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity;
  • Crisp IM SAS — online chat.

Managing and Withdrawing Consent

On the first visit, the user can accept all optional technologies, reject them, or configure analytics and online chat separately.

Withdrawing consent prevents the website from loading the relevant optional service on subsequent use, subject to technical limitations of third-party services already loaded during the current browser session.
